Vacation Rental Rules
Rental
Week is from Saturday to Saturday.
- Check-In-Time:
After 3:00 PM
- To
Confirm: A deposit of ½ the rent is required at the time of
booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Personal
Checks: Personal checks will only be accepted if received
in our office 30 days before arrival date.
- Tentative
Reservations: During your vacation, you may make plans to
reserve a vacation home for next year. This year’s renters have
a top priority. If you have not made a tentative reservation by
check out time, the home may be reserved by anyone on a first
come first serve basis. To make a tentative reservation, contact
our office any time Monday through Friday, preferably not
Saturday, please, and leave a $50 deposit. The deposit
will hold your reservation until December 15th. Full details are
available in our office. Deposit is not refundable.
- Cancellations:
Refunds will be made only if unit is re-rented, less a 20% service
fee.
- Accommodations:
Occupancy must not exceed number stated in unit description. Exception:
Infant/Toddler prearranged.
- Liability
for damages: Aside from normal wear and tear, you will be
responsible to pay the owner for any damages to the property or
its contents during your vacation residency. Please notify our
office if you discover any item that needs the attention of our
maintenance department.
- Linens:
Linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels, and washcloths) are not
furnished in rental units.
- Termination:
Occupancy will be terminated without refund for activity detrimental
to the unit or facility or violation of the rules and regulations.
- Families
Only-No House Parties: Occupancy will be denied at check-in
or terminated immediately without refund on any "House Party".
- Lock
Outs: If keys are lost or locked in the unit after hours,
there will be a $25.00 call-in fee to unlock the unit.
- Locked
Closets: Used by the owner for their personal items and are
not included in this rental.
- Furnishings/Equipment:
Each unit is privately owned and has been furnished and equipped
to the taste and desires of the owner. Additional items will not
be provided. Please do not ask.
- Parking
Is Limited: You will be requested to park additional vehicles
off premises. No trailers, campers, etc. (This refers only to
condos).
- Repairs:
We cannot guarantee heat, A/C, appliances or like equipment. NO
REFUND will be made upon their failure; however, every effort
will be made to make repairs as soon as possible to provide for
your comfort. This also applies to facility pools, spas, elevators,
etc.
- Entry
Into Rental Property: Entry into rental property may be necessary
from time to time by authorized personnel. Every effort will be
made to minimize these entries connected with repair, care and
maintenance of the property.
- Long
Distance Phone Calls: Telephones are included in some vacation
homes for your convenience. All long distance calls must be charged
to your home phone, a telephone credit card or call collect. Please
do not charge any calls to the owner.
- Items
Left Behind: C.O.D. charges plus a $20.00 service charge must
be paid if you request us to package and return items left behind.
- Charcoaling:
Absolutely no charcoaling on porches or balconies. Use only areas
that are safe for charcoaling.
- Pets: Ask owner about pets.
